 Introduction

It turned out that he is T. perpulchranus species does not owe Tortrix Linnaeus, 1758 into  genus. Razowski (1978) wrote a new genus down at this time, on Tosirips  names. The type-species: Tortrix perpulchranus Kennel, 1901. In Romania, in Bulgaria and found exemplars for a new race in Syria wrote it down Tosirips magyarus  Razowski, 1978 he is  on a name. The new one came to light about a race, that in Europe only the nominate subspecies edge (ssp. magyarus), in Syria though the ssp. syriacus. In the course of the later researches T. magyarus magyarus  collected  from Serbia, Slovenia, Italy and Corsica. From Central Europe but his any kind of data was known. I collected the subspecies in the recent past on noon Hungary, in Mecsek Mountains. I write it down in my study T. magyarus magyarus  his more important identifying tickets, I present the new habitat and I depict the geographical spreading on a map.
